We are in the process of trying to find a facility and/or sponsorship for the 2010 finals. At this point, the GCPRA will be paying for the finals out of pocket. If anyone has any suggestions, recom-mendations or connections please
contact the office or any of the directors to let us know. |
Year End Event Jacket Sponsorships are being taken by event directors or through
the office. $750.00 buys jackets for the event and the sponsor receives their
name on the jacket as well as a free jacket and tickets for the finals. If you (or someone you know) are interested in becoming a sponsor please contact a

Reminder to all Incentive Calf Ropers
Incentive applications must be filled out by all new and former incentive calf ropers and sent in along with the 25 dollar fee to the office one week prior to entering a rodeo.

2010 Membership Form

GCPRA board of director meetings will take place the first Monday of every month at the Denny's off of I-17 and Deer Valley Rd. at 6:00pm. Please call Shelly Howell at 623-249-9506 to verify times and location if interested in attending.

Photographers must purchase a GCPRA Working Membership in order to photograph any GCPRA approved rodeo's. The board of directors will vote on approved photographers to work the finals.

In the case that there are two individual rodeo's in one weekend, contestants can no longer request the performance for both days. If the second performance is not filled, there will be a waiting list and it will be filled on a first come first serve basis. The remaining requests will be put into slack.

Permits can be purchased for all GCPRA rodeo's excluding the Membership Drive Rodeo and The Finals at the price of $40.00.

Late entries will be accepted until noon on the Tuesday following Monday entries. There will be a $40.00 late fee.
